In our Industry Excellence Academy for Automotive you’ll work in our state-of-the-art facility on industry-specific training vehicles, learning all the skills required to motor into a career in this rapidly growing industry.

The automotive sector has a host of fulfilling career possibilities and in our Industry Excellence Academy, you’ll learn everything from basic maintenance and bodywork to diagnosing issues and fitting vehicle components.

What’s more, if a career in automotive gets your motor racing but you don’t yet have the qualifications required for our Industry Excellence Academy, you’ll be able to start your journey to an exciting career in this vibrant sector in our Centre of Excellence for Automotive. Here you’ll be able to put in place the foundations to progress into the Academy under the guidance of our expert team.

Available Courses

In our Industry Excellence Academy for Automotive you’ll take a course that has been co-developed, and is co-delivered, by one of our leading industry partners. You’ll complete either a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification and a placement with an industry employer of at least 15 days.

By the time you complete your time in the Industry Excellence Academy for Automotive you’ll have developed an in-depth knowledge of this sector and gained work experience with industry leaders.
